Rachael’s Plant Outlet operations are designed to be environmentally friendly, utilising solar panels to help power the nursery efficiently.

We have water storage tanks with a total capacity of 2 million litres, which collect rainwater and runoff from plant beds throughout the year. Looking ahead, we plan to transition to electric-powered delivery vehicles to further reduce our carbon footprint.

Additionally, all our plant pots are made from 100% recycled materials. We use peat-free compost for our plants, while our trees and shrubs are grown in a 40% peat-reduced mix, embracing sustainable practices.
